Summary The Inventory Lead is responsible for maintaining and updating all receipts, purchases and inventory through business systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Full item setup in SAPMaintains UPC Master Data Spreadsheet in SharepointOversees and maintains New Item Setup Group information in SharepointManage inventory reports through SAP/WMS for efficiency improvement in production.
Receive and count stock items, and record data manually into SAP.
Teach new hires how to perform warehouse functions properly using scanners.
Use WMS to adjust inventory or spot count.
Review the inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
Review inventory procedures for operational accuracy.
Review receiving procedures for operational accuracy.
Daily/Weekly Cycle Counts, cycle depends on item.
Bi-Annual Pieces per Kg review.
Works with Purchasing verifying inventory stock on hand.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Internet Explorer Internet software; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
